Research
My research focuses on coastal climate resilience and adaptation pathways, with an emphasis on comparative case analysis and agent-based modeling.
I aim to identify recurring adaptation pathways and governance mechanisms across coastal regions and investigate how these mechanisms shape long-term resilience under changing climate and socio-economic conditions. By integrating empirical case evidence with scenario-based simulations, my work seeks to assess the robustness and transferability of adaptation strategies across different coastal contexts.
Biography
I am a doctoral researcher in the Human-Environment Relations research group at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU), supervised by Prof. Dr. Liang Emlyn Yang.
My interdisciplinary academic and professional background spans landscape architecture, ecological planning, and geospatial analysis, bringing together ecological thinking, spatial approaches, and planning perspectives to inform my research on climate resilience and adaptation.
