Honor James

Honor is currently a doctoral candidate at LMU, having moved to Munich after attaining a BSc in Geology from the University of Southampton and an MScR in Earth Sciences at Durham University and a short tenure as an engineering geologist.
Research
Honor works mostly experimentally and is interested in high viscosity fluid mechanics, solid rock mechanics, the effects of normal and shear stresses on magmatic melts and how these influence volcanic systems. Additionally, a keen interest in engineering geology and efforts toward green energies.
