We welcome Claudio López de Lérida to the EGGroup

Claudio supports us in the Local Public Procurement in Chile project in Peru. He is analyzing how public procurement procedures are implemented locally.
As part of our project Local Public Procurement in Chile and Peru, Claudio López de Lérida is investigating the relationship between reforms in the national public procurement system and local procurement practices in Chile and Peru.
Using qualitative research methods, he examines the extent to which local public procurement procedures comply with national regulations and whether actors adapt, modify, or deviate from these rules.
Claudio holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Chile. He also holds a Master's degree in Governanve of Risk and Resources from the University of Heidelberg.
