About the Speaker: Henry Wai-chung Yeung is a Distinguished Professor at the National University of Singapore and will take up the Choh-Ming Li Professorship at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2025. He has received numerous prestigious awards, including the 2022 Sir Peter Hall Award for Lifetime Contribution and the 2017 Murchison Award from the Royal Geographical Society. His impressive body of work spans 7 monographs, 110 journal articles, and much more, making him a leading voice in economic geography and theory development.
