Research

My research focuses on the resilience and adaptation of social and environmental systems in the context of climate change. I am currently working on the COAST-SCAPES research project, which investigates coastal climate risks and adaptation. My research interests include climate change adaptation, flood and coastal resilience, agent-based modeling (ABM), social network analysis (SNA), and quantitative approaches to understanding complex social-ecological systems.

Teaching

I have contributed to teaching in the Trends Assessment, Scenario and Modeling and Applied Modeling courses as a teaching assistant.

Biography

I completed my PhD at LMU as part of the ERC-STORIES research project. Before beginning my PhD, I completed my bachelor's degree in China and my master's degree in Germany, focusing on climate change adaptation and urban planning. I also have a background in architecture and urban design, as well as extensive experience in agent-based modeling.
