It is the responsibility of everyone at the Faculty of Geosciences

• to create the conditions for open and constructive interaction through mutual respect and polite treatment of one another.
• not to discriminate against anyone on the basis of their gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, cultural and ethnic background, colour, religious affiliation, world view or living with a disability.
• to be open to reasoned and well justified criticism.
• refrain from all forms of harassment.

We are committed to helping those affected without restriction and with all available means, and to proactively combat inappropriate behaviour and discrimination.
