CO₂ Removal & Education: Julia Pongratz Speaks at “Wirkstatt Nachhaltigkeit“

Prof. Julia Pongratz, holder of the Chair of Physical Geography and Land Use Systems and spokesperson for the CDRterra research program, gave a presentation on the potentials and challenges of carbon dioxide removal at the Wirkstatt Nachhaltigkeit network conference of the Stiftung Bildungspaket Bayern.
In her presentation, she emphasized the close connection between research on carbon dioxide removal and education for sustainable development: only if scientific findings are integrated into education at an early stage can young people develop skills for a sustainable transformation.
